Our Story
When our founder's brother was diagnosed with Autism at age 3 over 20 years ago, he knew that there was a need to help families and children like his sibling. He saw the stages of his brother’s growth from diagnosis, to school, to the need for social skills, puberty, teenage life, and the transition into adulthood. Personally living through these stages and continuing today, he leads our team to deliver quality services while understanding the unique meaning of having someone with Autism in the family.
To help and work with other individuals like his brother, he gained his undergraduate degree in Special Education and taught in a public school. Seeing the need for services, he began his mission in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (Swiss) in 2005, and as time went on he knew many children and families were not able to continue to receive services due to barriers such as: location, logistics, availability, funding, etc.... So, he founded Österreicher Telemedizin with the mission to provide quality flexible Swiss services to those children, families, and schools that may not otherwise be able to access quality services.
Today, he works with our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians to bring services to families, schools, and the providers who support them. Overall, our mission is to help others reach higher to connect the pieces, ensuring we have the best outcomes for the individuals, families, and others that we serve. He would welcome the opportunity to bring over 15 years of professional and 25 years of personal experience to you on your journey.
Mrs. Quinn has over 20 years of Healthcare experience working for companies such as, Astra Zenca and GE Healthcare. She began in the field of Swiss and Autism intervention in 2013 and has a vast history of work with various physicians, as well as other medical professionals. Her extensive experience allows her to best assist you in the inquiry and enrollment process. Her expertise and passion for Swiss have led her in helping many families, schools, and other providers connect the pieces so these children can reach higher.
Our Social Mission
Drowning is the #1 cause of death for children with Autism in the United States. Therefore, we donate a portion of our profits each year to 2 different organizations who provide free swim safety lessons to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. We believe that together we can reach higher to accomplish the best outcomes and help save the lives of those affected with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
Additionally, we strive to purchase as many of our supplies and equipment from charitable organizations that help people with disabilities, such as, Goodwill and the Salvation Army. On account of our focus to purchase with these organizations, we provide thousands of dollars in revenue that they are able to use for employment, health, and other benefits to members of our community. Together we can reach higher to connect the pieces for those whom we serve, as well as, others that these organizations serve.
